The property should be left tidy to avoid any deep cleaning fees being deducted from your bond. Ensure all windows are closed, air conditioning, exhaust fans, lights, lamps, oven etc turned off and you have doubled check the key is in the lock box before you close the front door and please message us once you have departed.
